My background includes personal training, mobility and stretch therapy, injury prevention, swim instruction, and youth endurance training. I work with a wide range of clients - from beginners learning how to move with confidence to active individuals looking to improve performance, reduce pain, or return to activity safely after injury. Every session is personalized and purposeful. Together we focus on building strength without restriction, stability without stiffness, and endurance without burnout.
