Biography
I have been working out since I was thirteen and have been obsessed ever since. After teaching chair aerobics classes to dementia patients, I got my personal training certification in 2021. A few months later I began working as a physical therapy aide. I have trained from ages 15 to 85 and would love to train you. My specialties include senior fitness and exercise therapy. If desired, I can perform hands-on assisted PNF stretching.
