Biography
My name is Danny, and I’m a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Fitness has been a driving force throughout my life—built through decades of disciplined training, personal growth, and a commitment to serving others. Before moving into the fitness profession full-time, I spent 28 years in law enforcement, a career that shaped my approach to leadership, resilience, and guiding people through difficult, high-pressure situations. That background continues to influence how I coach today: structured, supportive, and grounded in helping clients unlock their potential through purposeful, science-based training. I bring a combination of corrective exercise expertise and endurance-focused programming, supported by certifications in personal training, nutrition coaching, corrective exercise, and RRCA running coaching. As a lifelong distance runner, I’ve completed numerous marathons and ultra-marathons—including Boston, Philadelphia, and Delaware—consistently racing in the 2:50 range. These experiences reinforce my belief in intelligent programming, efficient movement, and the power of consistent, long-term effort. My coaching specialties include strength development, corrective exercise, running mechanics, and building foundational functional fitness for adults of all ages and experience levels. What drives me most is witnessing transformation—seeing clients grow stronger, more confident, and more capable in their everyday lives. Fitness is a long-term lifestyle, not a temporary phase, and my mission is to help every client build sustainable habits that support a healthier, more empowered way of living.
