Biography
A little about me is that I am former D1 Rugby Player and graduate of Sam Houston State University. I also have a sports background in Football and Basketball. Originally attended schools of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. I have experience working as a rehab tech for patients who suffered injuries from car accidents. I am very big on proper form and longevity training, but also sports performance. I became a Trainer to help others achieve and maintain optimal levels of health, through physical fitness.
