Biography
I am a NASM CPT, who is passionate about fitness and helping people live healthier lives. I also love encouraging and supporting my clients anyway that I can. My days as an athlete encouraged me to pursue fitness not only as a career but as a lifestyle. Seeing people live healthy lives is important to me and I want to play my part in seeing people do so. I was born and raised on the Westbank of New Orleans . I obtained my high school diploma from John Curtis and I later earned a Biology degree From Southern University At New Orleans. My ultimate goal as a trainer is to have a lasting impact on the people I help train. I want to change lives.
