Four years ago I earned a B.S. in Health & Wellness with a double certification in Nutrition & Fitness Coaching. I'm a strong advocate for exercise not feeling like a chore but rather an enjoyable lifestyle. Therefore, being active is personalized to the individual so it's sustainable.
