Biography
I fell in love with fitness when I found Zumba in 2011 when I was working for Disney. When I came home I didn't like any of the instructors in Pittsburgh so I got certified and began teaching in 2012. From there I found more group fitness formates I loved and have since become both AFAA Group Fitness Certified and ACE Personal Trainer Certified. I believe the best way to make fitness stick is finding a way to make it fun for you! Then magic can really happen.
