Biography
My name is Christian, and I'm a 23 year old Personal Trainer originally from Florida, but have spent the last four years in Los Angeles working as an actor, model, and musician. While I was in LA I was first introduced to fitness through a personal trainer myself, and it completely changed my life. I learned not only that fitness overall has an EXTREME impact on our lives, but nutrition is just as, if not more important. I am certified through International Sports and Science Association as a CPT and Certified Nutritionist and am studying to complete more specific certifications through NASM.
