Getting into fitness and becoming a Personal Trainer has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Seeing people put such thought, time, care and hard work into how they treat their bodies is truly inspiring and I’m so glad to be part of it. My passion for fitness began when I found Jazzercise. I became a Certified Jazzercise Instructor in 2017, teaching group cardio & strength classes for over 5 years now. While teaching these group classes, I found myself wanting to cater to individual's needs and help people with form one-on-one. I started taking the NASM Personal Training Certification course and I was amazed at how much I learned. With the knowledge I acquired from the NASM course, I was able to zero in on what my body needs and my body has felt stronger, more capable, and free of unnecessary aches & pains. I think it is important to get to know your body, what it does, what it needs, and giving it the proper support to be successful. I am happy to spread the news, help people get to know their bodies, and help them become their healthiest selves. As a personal trainer, I am able to emphasize what I find to be the most important - stability & capability. Clients' progress and confidence mean the world to me. I encourage my clients to use self care and self love as a positive motivator rather than shame, which we often feel when we are addressing our bodies. You deserve good things and shame has no place in my instruction. My job is to help each client find a routine that cares for and challenges their bodies. I will support you every step of the way and I would be honored to be part of you and your body's health journey.
