Biography
My passion for sports started in childhood while playing competitive soccer. In high school I played field hockey and was a two-year varsity captain, MVP, and made the Olympic development team. After high school I coached eight years of field hockey. In college I earned a bachelors degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy. Currently I am a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and work as a functional fitness trainer in a yoga and functional fitness gym. My approach to fitness is integrating functional fitness and strength training.
