Hi! Carlos here, 'Movement is life' a saying that resonates with me to the very core. I've been training for over fifteen years and working with others in the movement field for over 5 years. Everyone starts somewhere, and the destination is decided by where one sees oneself. My personal dream is to be a Dad one day, and raise a son and daughter, with a beautiful wife by my side, I give everything for my family. That's my destination, my goal. I'll work as hard as I need too to make my personal goals happen. I'm here to help and plan in the best possible way for you to get you towards your own fitness goals. Together we can make it happen!
