Biography
I believe fitness is about so much more than the body. It should feel good whether because we are pursuing something or simply having fun with the ways we choose to be active. Mental health and self-esteem can improve so much when we have the right training program and people to go through the journey with us! I have been training for about 5 years now and instructing group fitness for 6. My favorite ways to work out are to hike, kayak, do mat Pilates, practice Latin dance, and weight train. One of my favorite things about my career in fitness is that I get to meet so many diverse people.
