Hello! My name is Bryan and I'm a certified personal trainer originally from Kentucky and now make my home in Florida. I have a passion for fitness and helping others which lead me to receive my certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I played both basketball and baseball in high school and was very blessed to play college baseball and also coach college baseball. Helping individuals to achieve any goal they may have is truly a great feeling.
