"What's up y'all, I hope your looking Good and Feeling Good. I am Coach Flow; I am originally from the Carolinas. I am 4 years into my Seattle residence and loving it. I am super active and friendly, and you may see me riding my bike on and hosting workouts on Alki. I grew up a multisport athlete and transitioned into training after college. On top of my formal education, I've acquired a lot of knowledge through personal experience working with and learning from knowledgeable mentors and coaches & pushing my limits as an athlete."
