Hi, I’m Brian Muccio. When training, my goal is always to teach and refine your brain, body, and entire nervous system’s ability to integrate movement skills and create the physical outputs necessary to accomplish your goals. As a coach, completing a movement assessment will help me start the process of screening and compartmentalizing chunks of your movement, which helps me create a systematic approach to training and performance. This process allows me to identify and re-educate inefficient movement patterns, leading to tension-free coordinated movement, enhanced breathing ability, and overall physical and mental well-being. If necessary, a plan will be formulated to work out and correct any postural issues and muscle imbalances. Then, the strengthening and conditioning of your body can occur to facilitate optimal body composition, stability, strength, balance, and athletic performance. I’ve been helping my clients use their bodies to perform at optimal levels in life and athletic endeavors for over two decades and work with clients ranging from teens to seniors. I work with golfers, skiers, martial artists, fencers, baseball players, professors, doctors, attorneys, and professionals of all kinds who are trying to maintain their levels of energy and health at work and at home.
