Biography
I've been involved in sports and fitness my entire life! I followed my love and got a degree in exercise physiology and wellness from Ball State! I've done research in the area of physical therapy and have over 25 years experience with both clinical and healthy populations! I've worked in cardiovascular rehabilitation and have trained pro athletes rehabbing their injuries!
