Biography
Aubry is a NASM certified personal trainer with a background in yoga teaching and health coaching. Many people come to fitness with goals like weight loss, getting stronger, or changing how they look and she fully supports those goals. What keeps Aubry passionate about this work, though, is what happens underneath the surface. Through her own experience, she discovered that consistent training doesn’t just change the body it builds confidence, reduces stress, and helps people feel more grounded and capable in their daily lives. She began her career in mindfulness and movement, and later found that strength training was a powerful way to bridge physical and mental well-being. Today, she blends proper form, functional strength, and thoughtful coaching to help clients feel safe, supported, and successful whether they’re brand new to exercise or getting back into a routine. Aubry believes fitness should support your life, not take it over. Her goal is to help clients reach their physical goals while also building a stronger, steadier relationship with their bodies along the way.
