Biography
I have a Master's degree in PE/sports science, and a Bachelor's degree with an array of the following concentrations: communication and journalism, human development, and exercise science/sports science. If I had to describe myself, it would be the following adjectives: extemporaneous, and altruistic ( helping other and being able to acclimate myself within any environment). Moreover, I have an allure for fitness, in which follows the gravitas (i.e., knowledge and/or seriousness) that I have for helping other become fit; changing other's lives is what brings me joy.
