Hi! I'm Arielle I have my degree in kinesiology and I've been working as a personal for 5 years. I also teach Brazilian Jiujitsu at Ohana Academy. I have a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals while inspiring them every step of the way. I'm a firm believer that everyone is different and there is no one size fits all approach to fitness. I make custom workouts for each persons individual needs and goals.
