Biography
Hi there! Welcome to my world of health and wellness. In my nearly three decades of training, I've worked with prenatal clients to pre-dementia patients. After spending thousands of hours in athletic training rooms, I received my degree in Sports Medicine from Chapman University in Orange County, California. I've worked with a wide breadth of clients from NYC to Los Angeles. I moved to Portland in 2019 to coparent my nine year old boy and quickly established myself as a sought after trainer.
