Biography
My name is Angel Ramos I'm 38 born and raised in Puerto Rico. I am certified in personal training and nutrition. I also do boxing, mma, and bjj. Let's make thing fun while teaching your goals! A few years ago I reached the max of 205 lbs while only being 5'3" so as you can imaging I looked like a little ball. I got into martial arts and learning about strength training I wrote my own program and lost 60 lbs in my own before I decided to go to school so I can help other people accomplish their goals.
