I started sports at a very young age, first baseball and swimming, then soccer, volleyball and then getting interested in Martial Arts. Getting started with Karate Kenpo, this lead me to a complement the training with different forms of cardio, and soon I turned interest in 10K races, but felt like I was missing the struggles of weight lifting, so incorporated a routine of running, sprinting and lifting until the MMA got me into other Martial Arts. I then transitioned into Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, this made me switch my training into calisthenics and Yoga. With all this years of experience in different areas of the fitness field I started to show others What and How to do certain exercises and before I knew it I was full on coaching 1-hour sessions to friends and family. Coaching one-on-one quickly turned into small group training and kids conditioning and I have been working with clients to achieve their goals in Health, Fitness and Confidence for over 15years
