Biography
I am a practitioner of martial arts for 25 years since childhood. I have earned ISSA certifications in Personal Training as well as Nutrition. I have a Holistic Health degree and I am currently working on a Health Science bachelor's program. I am a child of immigrants. I am bilingual and making efforts to achieve multilingualism with Spanish as my third language, and several other languages I am in the process of studying.
