Alex was born and raised in New York, enjoys playing all kinds of sport but specially soccer. Helping others in local gyms and training friends and family pursued him to start his fitness career, With his passion for sports and helping others achieve there fitness goals, he moved to Miami to get certified to be a Personal Trainer and now came back to New York to continue helping others with there fitness goals.
