I'm Aida Rice, a dedicated personal trainer, nutrition coach, and spinning instructor with a passion for transforming lives through fitness and healthy living. With over a decade of experience in the industry, I have helped numerous individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. As a wife and mother to a wonderful child, I understand the challenges that many women face when it comes to maintaining a balanced lifestyle. It was in 2010 that I embarked on my own transformative journey, working hard to change my body composition through exercise and a nutritious diet. This personal experience has fueled my desire to empower and support others on their own wellness journeys. Since becoming a certified personal trainer in 2012 and a nutrition coach in 2015, I have honed my expertise in helping individuals adopt sustainable and effective fitness routines, while also emphasizing the importance of nourishing their bodies with wholesome foods. I firmly believe in the power of a balanced diet, as it not only fuels our bodies but also contributes to our overall well-being.
