Biography
Hello everyone, I am retired US Army veteran. I attended Austin Peay University in Clarksville, TN acquiring 2 degrees; Bachelor of science degree in Health and human movement and Bachelor of art in Studio Art. Right now I am a national qualified bodybuilder in the NPC division. I spend my free time with my wife Cortney and our 4 dogs Jazzy, Pebbles, Sarge, and Roxy. I love food and gaming. I love fitness, I teach group fitness on the side for wellness . As a 50 year old man I love health and fitness. Most of my training comes from the inside. As a veteran, physical fitness is the medicine for the mind.
