Biography
Gautam was born and raised in Ashburn, VA. Growing up Gautam enjoyed weight lifting as well as playing tennis. He studied Healthcare Administration in his undergraduate studies and Management in his masters. Along with being an established professional in the IT workforce he also does personal training, certified in NCSF and ASFA personal training certifications .Gautam has an enthusiastic personality. His personal training focuses on building muscle and losing weight. He believes that accountability and motivation are the 2 most important elements of being disciplined.
