I grew up living mostly in the District of Columbia, and I earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Fairleigh-Dickinson University. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I also enjoy traveling, hiking, and learning new ways to cook nutritious foods. Review for Allison
I love training with Allison. She is positive, encouraging and motivating. She knows which exercises target specific areas of the body, and she's designed a varied and challenging fitness program to help me meet my goals. She pushes me to go beyond what I think I can do while being consistently patient and positive. I feel comfortable trying new exercises even if I don't get them right or look ridiculous. I never thought I'd be able to do some of the exercises that Allison has me...

Review for Allison
Allison is the right trainer for me, an 83 year-old woman in good shape (post-two new hips) who intends to remain so. I've had trainers before from Svetness who were good in keeping limber, but after about six months with me in 2018, Allison set out explicit goals by the end of 2019 that relate to limber, strength, flexibility, balance and persistence. She is tough. She is stretching me....but she is keeping me on track. Life is good.
