Aubry is a NASM certified personal trainer with a background in yoga teaching and health coaching. Many people come to fitness with goals like weight loss, getting stronger, or changing how they look and she fully supports those goals. What keeps Aubry passionate about this work, though, is what happens underneath the surface. Through her own experience, she discovered that consistent training doesn’t just change the body it builds confidence, reduces stress, and helps people feel more grounded and capable in their daily lives. She began her career in mindfulness and movement, and later found that strength training was a powerful way to bridge physical and mental well-being. Today, she blends proper form, functional strength, and thoughtful coaching to help clients feel safe, supported, and successful whether they’re brand new to exercise or getting back into a routine. Aubry believes fitness should support your life, not take it over. Her goal is to help clients reach their physical goals while also building a stronger, steadier relationship with their bodies along the way.

I have always enjoyed being active. Growing up I played just about any sport you can think of. My favorites are soccer, football, & hockey. I started my professional fitness journey to assist my children in there athletic endeavors. I truly have come to love assisting people work toward and achieve the goals they set for themselves. Katrina came to Colorado from the Northern Virginia area. She was stationed in Colorado during her time in the military, fell in love with The Centennial State, and decided to make it her permanent home after separating. Katrina has been a personal trainer and strength coach for 10+ years, earned a Master's in Exercise Science, and has worked with a variety of people of all ages and identities. Over the years, Katrina has chosen to specialize in (1) Youth and Adult Athletes, and (2) Fat-loss over 35+. When she is not helping her clients feel, look and perform at their best, she enjoys practicing martial arts, watching Rugby and Kickboxing matches, Reading in her bed under a big warm blanket, or being a self-proclaimed home chef. Born and raised in Oklahoma, my love for fitness began at an early age. I received my first weight bench at the age of 12yrs. In my early twenties, I trained in bodybuilding and fitness, competing in swimsuit competitions and making it too Nationals. Injuries kept me from competitions, but never slowed me down from the love for the sport. I was first certified in fitness through the Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas. I knew then that I wanted to help change peoples lives, by not only teaching healthy lifestyles, but also by motivating people to become more active, and in a since, creating happiness by changing their lives. Going to college later in life, I earned my Master's Degree in Exercise Science. During college, I found a new love for running half marathons, marathons, and trail running. Trail running was one of the main reasons that brought me to Colorado. Since moving to Colorado, I have continued learning to understand the human body. I am also currently certified in Nutrition, Fitness Coaching and Personal Training.
