I am originally from the Carolina's but currently living in south Florida. Fitness has been such a huge part of my life dating back to grade school. I believe that being active benefits our body in many ways. One important way is that it can have a physical effect on our brain chemistry. This means that staying active can help combat with stress, depression, and much more! My biggest goal as a trainer is push you past your limiting beliefs and into your best self. My personal favorite way of exercising is through boxing and Muay Thai training.
